1. Returns:
1.1. We accept returns within “5” working days from the date of delivery.
1.2. Please note that the product should be unused, unaltered & sealed condition with its original packing and the original Invoice.
1.3. Perfume products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
1.4. In the highly unlike event if the product has been damaged due to its transit or not received in the good condition, then you may return the product unused, in the same condition which it was sent. (Opening Video Required)
1.5. Note: Always make a video along with all side images of the box when open the parcel, which helps us for make a easy-return for damaged or wrong received products.

2. Refunds:
2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.3. In exchange cases: you get the same product orderd by you, yet want to return it, will deducted shipping charge from your refundable amount and will provide a store credit for the same value. Which will be use during any future transaction within the store. In order to get and avail them, you need to contact us.
3. Order Cancellation:
3.1. After processed the order you will be not able to cancel your order in this condition yet you cancel the order, we issue refund in the form of store credits. We’d provide you the store credit on the same value of your order. These credits will be use during any future transaction within the store. In order to get and avail them, you need to contact us.
